近年來，鑄管公司在抓好設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)上，充分利用新工藝、新技術(shù)，不斷推進(jìn)設(shè)備經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行，此次鍋爐給水泵的節(jié)能改造，又是一個(gè)成功的節(jié)能降耗案例。為了早日完成項(xiàng)目改造，機(jī)動(dòng)部高級(jí)工程師郭長(zhǎng)軍積極與廠家聯(lián)系、督促協(xié)調(diào)，為項(xiàng)目改造出主意、想辦法，緊緊盯在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)；動(dòng)力車間領(lǐng)導(dǎo)嚴(yán)把施工質(zhì)量，鍋爐工段工段長(zhǎng)朱吉利以及兩名鉗工積極配合，加班加點(diǎn)，加快項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度，車間安全管理人員辦理外部相關(guān)方安全教育告知，制定安全措施，加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督檢查，確保了施工安全。歷經(jīng)4天時(shí)間，順利完成了給水泵節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目，改造項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收合格，經(jīng)電氣專業(yè)人員核算，改造后的給水泵每小時(shí)可節(jié)約用電量70千瓦時(shí)，每年可累計(jì)減少電費(fèi)支出60余萬元?！。ɡ钍⑽?nbsp;蔡洪淼）
